Delivery and returns

REFUSAL RIGHTS
6.1. The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal and within 14 (fourteen) days, unilaterally refuse the goods purchased in the Internet store bklatvia.lv, and return them to the Seller. The number of terms for exercising the right of withdrawal (1) from the day when the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Buyer has obtained possession of the goods; (2) from the date of conclusion of the contract, if the service is provided.
6.2. The Buyer must inform the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the Agreement before the expiry of the withdrawal period, using:
6.2.1. any unequivocal notification of the decision to withdraw from the Agreement, where the Buyer indicates the following information:
6.3.1. date of placing the order;
6.3.2. the date when the item was acquired;
6.3.3. Name and surname of the buyer;
6.3.4. the exact name of the product.
6.3.5. Present documents confirming payment
6.4. The Buyer returns the product to the Seller without undue delay, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days after sending the cancellation form or notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation to the Seller. The deadline is met if the product is returned before the end of the 14 (fourteen) day period.
6.5. The Seller shall, without undue delay, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which he received the Buyer's notification of the decision to withdraw from the Agreement, refund the amount of money he paid to the Buyer. The Seller repays the mentioned amount of money using the same type of payment method used by the Buyer, except for cases where the Buyer and the Seller have agreed otherwise.
6.6. The Seller has the right to withhold the refund of the amount paid by the Buyer until the Seller has received the product or the Buyer has submitted to the Seller a confirmation that the product has been returned.
6.7. If the Buyer has clearly expressed a desire to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Buyer for additional delivery costs.
6.8. The Buyer's direct expenses related to the return of the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
6.9. The buyer hands over the product in its original packaging, in the same package in which it was received, together with the accompanying documents of the product - the warranty card (if one was issued), the user manual and other documents and details related to the product.
6.10. The right of refusal does not apply:
6.10.1. for the delivery of goods that are made to the Buyer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
6.10.2. for the delivery of perishable or soon-to-expire goods;
6.10.3. for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been opened after delivery;
6.10.4. for the delivery of goods that have been irreversibly mixed with other things after delivery due to their nature;
6.10.5. for the supply of goods or services, the price of which depends on fluctuations in the financial market, which cannot be controlled by the Seller and which may occur during the cancellation period;
6.10.6. for service contracts after the service has been provided in full, if performance has begun with the prior express consent of the Buyer and with an assurance that he will lose the right of withdrawal as soon as the Seller has fully performed the Agreement;
6.10.7. in other cases provided for in the current regulatory acts.
